This Kettenburg K-40 is overall in good condition. She has received lots of regular maintenance over the years. This Yacht is in the possession of owner's daughter following his untimely passing. She has been lovingly cared for, but has some small bits of rot at the plank ends near the transom. See the detailed pictures attached to this listing. Overall yacht is in very good condition. Her mast is removed and in storage waiting for her new owner to give her fresh varnish and rigging. The Farymann diesel is reported to be non-op and needs replacement.
